Thank you for downloading the "My Sports App" mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Access Art, in collaboration with Roshan, a telecommunications company operating in Afghanistan (Telecom Development Company Afghanistan with the brand name Roshan).
By downloading and using the "My Sports App" App, you accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Policy"). This Policy governs your use of the "My Sports App" App and all services provided through it. Please read this Policy carefully as it outlines how personal data collected through the App will be processed and treated by us.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
The use of the "My Sports App" App may require the submission of personal information ("Your Information") and access by Roshan and Access Art to certain data. Your Information may include but is not limited to:
Your Name
Your Mobile Number
Additionally, non-personal information is not collected.
USE AND PROCESSING OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
Your Information may be used and processed for various purposes, including:
Operation and improvement of the "My Sports App" App and services
Research and analysis for product and service improvement
Customization of content and advertising
Communication with users
Fulfillment of government and regulatory obligations
WARRANTY ON YOUR INFORMATION SUBMITTED
By submitting Your Information, you declare and warrant that it is true, accurate, and complete. You also agree that Roshan and Access Art may use Your Information as described in this Policy without liability.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Your Information may be disclosed to third parties, including Roshan's group companies and government agencies, to comply with legal obligations or in the event of a business transfer.
STORAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION
Your Information may be stored on servers located within or outside the territory of Afghanistan. We will take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your data, but transmission over the internet carries inherent risks.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Roshan and Access Art shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the "My Sports App" App, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or incompatibility issues.
INDEMNITY BY YOU
You agree to indemnify Roshan and Access Art against any losses resulting from your breach of this Policy or misuse of the App.
GENERAL TERMS
Amendment: This Policy may be amended by Roshan and Access Art. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
Assignment: Roshan may assign this Policy to third parties.
Severability: If any provision of this Policy is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Policy is governed by the laws of Afghanistan.
Force Majeure: Roshan and Access Art shall not be liable for breaches due to causes beyond their control.
Termination: Roshan reserves the right to terminate this Policy or suspend your access to the App at any time.
ADDITIONAL DATA
Access Art is authorized to develop the My Sports App mobile application for Roshan's customers via VAS agreement ROS-SA-22-0139, initially signed on 1st November 2022. Additionally, Roshan has issued an authorization letter dated 30th April 2024, reaffirming this agreement, signed by the Director Procurement. Accioo Digital is being operated on behalf of Access Art.
CONSENT
By using the "My Sports App" App, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are effective immediately and were last updated on 7th May 2024.
